The outside diameter of the 80X110X10HMSA10RG is made of SKF’s optimized nitrile rubber compound (RG), Acrylonitrile-butadiene, which has been designed following developments in sealing material research. Nitrile rubber can be used in applications with oil or grease lubrication in temperatures ranging from -40oC to 100oC (-40oF to 210oF), or up to 120oC (250oF) for short periods of time. This nitrile rubber has greatly extended service life compared to standard NBR and high-performance NBR compounds, reducing the need for maintenance and replacement.
